These slingback shoes are so WAG (footballer’s wife or girlfriend) or TOWIE (the only way is essex) for my liking, but I’lI go ahead and feature them for those that love to COMMAND attention from others with their own choice of footwear. At a time where most designers seems to think that excessive platform heel either exposed or hidden is the only way forward for the fashion forward ladies, it’s nice to see that some designers are also thinking of ways of creating something tasteful, conservative in design and still fashionable at the same time.

Take a look at Evelyn by Sam Edelman. It features conceal peep toe rather than the usual suspect of open toes, which is great if you prefer not to show your entire toes. Personally, not really a big fan of the super slim heel. Nevertheless it’s a pretty shoe!

Priced at just £30, the purple platform court shoes does indeed have a designer appeal. And the rich seasonal berry tone is very autumnal, though not limited to only being worn in that time of the year. I would go as far as saying that it does have an all year round appeal.

These python printed leather pump with platform heel costs 230 euro. I simply thought that it would nice to just get that out of the way, so that I could focus on the beauty of these shoes given its simplicity. The pointed toe in wood effect simply screams summer. I love the cut out detailing on the side and the platform heel is not too excessive, just the right size.

Such styles of shoes coming out from the wood works, is just a reminder that we all need to start thinking of feet regime for the summer such as scrubbing daily scrubbing of the feet and getting the toe nails well pedicured.
