This morning, I am admiring Carla in Almond by Tory Burch and I am thinking of all those fashion week or summer swanky events that I would like to wear them to. Carla in Almond not only set the tone for all those summer parties , but also it’s a style that would suit someone who likes to let the good times follow in an elegant style and with money to spare. Don’t you think these are very……..different? First of all, is not everyday that you get the chance to see an unusual funky looking boots in large sizes with buttons made from antlers.

I’m some how baffled as to why I should justify spending $639 on these. I can’t imagine how they could possibly be flattering with patchwork of shearling upper and sheep hair lining. Though on a positive note, I do love the side stitching as it gives the boots a quality hand handmade look which I guess will appeal to some people.

I am a big fan of animal prints footwear and so far I have only managed to get hold of three pairs of shoes in my size though they are not slingback. And if you are so drawn to the animal print trend, one of the best ways to try on the trend is via shoes. I find myself staring at these animal print singback shoes early this morning wishing that they were available in my size.

I particularly like the ribbon loop detailing. They have been reduced from $398 to $325 at Simply Soles.
