Wedge Heel Sandals with Braided Straw Sole in UK Size 8

The wedge sandals caught my attention because it mixes rough looking fabric with smooth tan leather straps. With the all the craziness going on right now with colour blocking, extreme platform heels this braided stands out from the crowd. It is the rough looking fabric combined with braided straw sole that makes the natural looking wedge work so well, otherwise it would have a real boring look about it.

At £35, I would that they are really affordable and does make the ideal causal sandals for the summer. They are available for purchase at Spartoo. Why not check out the rest of the StylistClick collection at Spartoo.

When it comes to choices of nail polish to use, I would go for bright red, coral or tangerine.

Nude Flats with Black Pinholes in Large Sizes

If it wasn’t the black pinholes, the shoes could easily pass off as a bride / bridesmaid flat heeled shoes. And another good thing with the shoes, is that the black pinholes are very subtle and soft as it doesn’t over power the nude flats. If you are having a bit of a nude colour fever in flat shoes, then The Billie shoe would be more than happy to sing on your feet.

Available in UK Sizes 8-12 in narrow and average width at Amber and Jade. Retail price is £72.

Corn Yellow Patent Bar Court Shoes in UK Size 9

I have to start visiting New Look more often as I wasn’t aware that they stock wide fit up to UK Size 9, though it would also be good if they could go up to UK Size 12. Every excuse to keep the black and brown shoes out of sight and go for something colourful is always welcome. And I can’t see this looking out of place in your work wardrobe if the outfits are well coordinated.

You will simply be adding a shot of colour on your feet, whilst keeping the rest of the attire simple. And above the price tag is just fantastic, at £19.99 - it shows that you don’t need to break the bank to look trendy.

Red Patent Leather Sanita Clogs in UK Sizes 8 and 9

£49 at Spartoo

High heel or flat heeled clogs?

There’s no grey area on this matter. You’re either a nay or yah sayer. And they can only work for casual dressing and not for real dressing up. The Sanita Clogs is the answer to Swedish Hasbeens, and if you’re in search for a trendy low heeled clog style, this could be it.

I love clog based shoes when they come with heels, anything flip flop looking is a big NO NO for me. Take the red patent clogs for example, I am drawn to it due to the red hue and I personally heart their high gloss finish. The surface of these shoes has the appearance of freshly applied lipstick, and it is that which actually lifts the overall look.

And if at all I decide to go head and purchase one myself, I would only be seen wearing them when I am in the house or just simply going out to take out the rubbish outside. I seem to prefer them to crocs which even has a very hideous appearance about them.

Charming Yellow Sandals with Pretty Cherry Details

£102 at Spartoo UK

I love the idea of adding cherry with leaves on these simple and yet elegant looking sandals. It makes the sandals more appealing and you want to take a second and third look to really appreciate the design. And it’s all thanks to the cute little cherries on the leaves that really seals them off so perfectly as all eyes are immediately drawn to your feet - which is probably a good thing given that these cost £102, no?

I can’t emphasis the importance of good pedicure to be able to pull off this style. And If I was to suggest nail polish, I would recommend coral hue nail varnish to add some more wow factor to the already wow flat heeled sandals.

The shade of yellow on these sandals is more like mustard colour which I really like. They would really brighten up your weekends and would become much needed welcome dash of colours even on a grey day.
