Shoe Video: How to walk in high heels and avoid injury

You will be surprised on the wide selection of how to videos available on You Tube, I am particularly drawn to this video. Despite media coverage on how wearing heels can be bad for your posture, back, knees and the rest, it still hasn’t stop me from wearing them and I know you wouldn’t either. So what’s the solution you might ask? Well Emily Splichal who appeared on America’s Today show sometime ago gives pointers on how to walk properly in heels.

Shoe war has started!!!!! - Iraq Journalist throws shoes at President George Bush

Watch out ladies- shoes are the new dangerous weapon!!!!!! REALLY. I decided to search for a video footage on YOU TUBE after listening on the radio that an irate Iraqi journalist had thrown his shoes at George Bush during a press conference. This footage shows the president narrowly missing the shoes on two occasions whilst he looks for a cover. This is not a joke. Thank goodness that the journalist wasn’t a woman wearing high heels- OUCH that would have hurt.
