 I discovered Elle Homeknit Booties Sock by accident this afternoon as I was surfing the net. I always admire funky booties to wear during winter but have never come across them in large sizes until now.

I can identify with the problems faced by ladies when it comes to finding nice looking socks to go with their trainers. I also hate seeing sock peeping through my gym outfit or having to resort to wearing men’s sock because I have little or no choice.

I glad to have discovered a shop in the UK called Thox Sox. They specialise in selling ladies designer socks in large sizes. Apart from trainer socks, you can also get knee length socks as well as plain, stripey or patterned sock available in UK Size 8 to 11.

I know that most ladies wear sock with their boots and from my personal shopping experience you don’t see a lot of ladies socks in large sizes.

These socks are both funky and light hearted. If you are feeling patriotic you could wear the sock featuring UK flag with the word ‘PUNK’ written on it. I think these would make a lovely gift if you know someone that has large feet and loves sock too. They’re priced at €15 available for shoe size 42/43 or 44/45 from Xlbootic.
