These Dolce Vita knee high boots doesn’t get any casual than this, though I don’t really understand why it has been given the name ‘Brody’. That aside, from the front it looks like an ordinary plain looking boots which it is of course. But what adds a bit of interest to these suede keen high boots is the detailing at the back. Although it doesn’t state whether the buckles are adjustable or not, it’s still a nice feature to have an everyday type of boots.
In terms of outfit, I’m not really a big leggings fan, but you could wear these boots with leggings, knee length jumper dress. Brody is also available in black colour too. What I love about these shoes is the paint splash effect which makes it a fun shoe to wear for the summer. They look as if someone has gotten hold of a brush, tipped it into various pot of paints to come up with the multi coloured splash effect. I think it’s the silliness of the design that seems to appeal to me, you have to admit we all need a bit of silliness in our life.

I personally could do without the white piping around the collar of these shoes, apart from the minor design glitch I would describe these one as office wear type of shoe. If you have been caught up with the 1980’s fashion revival, then you would equally like these red patent 1980’s pump. There has been 1980’s fashion inspiration throughout the summer season with the likes of leggings and graphic long t-shirts. Such attire would work with these red shoes. Chie Mihara’s Vintage Ankle Boots ‘Nysa’ in Brown Suede
The overall shaping of these ankle boot looks Victorian inspired but with a modern twist of the flower braid design, which is also topped off with contrast piping detail. They also have the comfort factor of the low heel which makes them easier to walk in. Also available in plum colour, it features 2 inch heel, rubber infused leather sole with inner zipper.
