Once associated as granny shoes, I can’t say that I’m all that fond of moccasin or loafer styled shoes. Especially as I spent my teenager years wearing them because I had no alternatives. The mix of blue and white leather doesn’t look divine. I also find the flower detail to be very hideous. Sadly, even at a reduced of £38, I’m not in a hurry anytime soon to go out and get a pair - but feel free to let me shop vicariously through you! Available at Large Shoes in sizes 41 to 44.

The best way to embrace the summer is to acquire a wardrobe full of summery colour attires which includes colourful footwear too. Whilst yellow is one of the least wearable colours when it comes to footwear but when paired correctly can also add the ‘wow’ factor to overall look you are trying to create.

I would comfortably say that this gray beige suede moccasin is one of the best I’ve seen for quite a long time. It’s a big transformation for the humble moccasin from grandma like looking footwear to uber chic, with the added ribbon bow detail thrown in for a more feminine feature. These pointed moccassins comes in black and plum colour. However I prefer the rich plum hue as it sets the mood for the cold winters to come. Another stunning pair of leather brown loafers from an Italian shop called Verdezenzero. I didn’t like these loafers when I first saw them as they remined me of hush puppies shoes. To say the least, I don’t find hush puppies shoes very attractive. However each time I take a look at these loafers, it appears that I’m starting to like them. These loafers looks comfy and practical making it the perfect work appropriate shoe style with interesting (but not over the top) adornments. Upper and inner linnings are made of leather, whilst the sole is made of rubber. Currently reduced from 129 Euro to 99 Euro.
