A gorgeous and great summer fun shoe which indeed makes tribal chic trend look more interesting. There are the sort that I would buy myself. It’s nice to see something a little different in the world of toe-post sandals! The varied decorative beads and knotted fringe details are certainly more interesting than most toe post styles. They’d make great casual sandals for the hotter weather which I hope is on upon us sooner rather than later. They’re reduced from $146.95 to $104.52 from Endless. Available in black colour too.

Errrrrrr! are the ruffles large enough, do you think? I’ve always adored feminine detailing such as ruffles on shoes as they have been popular this season among shoe designers, but these are taking it a bit too far even for me. I think if the ruffles were smaller, these could be beautiful. The over-sized embellishment would catch my eye with every step I took - then again, I guess that’s probably the point! These are at $98 from Gwyneth and have two horizontal straps with animal print insole, although they’re hidden when you have the sandals on.

Would you wear them, or do you think they’re a little OTT?

These sandals aren’t the sort of style I would usually go for personally, though I think it offers something different in the world of summer sandals. The combination of criss cross feature with thong style and low heel wedge makes it different but not enough for me to love them.

I would have prefer Emylee if the heels where much higher and the back was open rather than closed. They are a great casual sandals and shimmering stops them from being too conservative. These sandals will look great with pretty summer dresses or shorts. They’re $179 from Kathryn Kerrigan, available in Euro Size 39 to 46.

I love these white jewels sandals because of the decorative jewels. The hand made disc detail in silver and gold colour helps to beautify these sandals. I think these lovely jewel sandals from Tall Boutique would be one of my favourite sandals of the summer. They are simple enough when worn casually with dress, shorts or jeans, but the added jewels makes them so much nicer than the ordinary plain flip flops for those looking for a dressier style.
