A lot of the Victorian inspired footwear that I have seen so far are ankle booties and mid calf boots. Therefore seeing these Lace Up Tall Boot by Corso Como is quite refreshing.

It features suede upper, gel cushioned foot bed for that extra comfort and inside zip.

These would be ideal for those that likes to wear their boots over their skinny jeans. On the plus side, the lace ups should allow little room for those extra curvy calves. Sadly Cable only comes in US Size 12 and 13 at $309 from Barefoot Tess.

Every shoe designer from high end boutique to high street shops are all coming out with their own creation of ankle booties this season. Given the limited choices available to ladies with large feet, I am glad to have found ‘Leonor Nero’.

The major attraction for me would be the criss cross croc leather straps which will help to draw attention to the shape of the booties. I also like the slightly curved chunky french heel and the leather trimmings on the ankle cuffs. Leonor Nero would look great on trousers including skinny jeans and knitted dresses too. Priced at $199, it’s available in Euro Size 36 to 46.

Dear Readers, meet ‘Emily’. It’s a lovely name been given to these beautiful court shoes by Amber and Jade. These stunning shoes does have a bit of a vintage feel to them thanks to the striking snakeskin print pink swirl on the toe vamp.

I can see ‘Emily’ complementing perfectly with black pencil skirt, 1940’s tailoring, elegant chic little coats and dresses. The fitting is average to slightly narrower and has been reduced to £39.95. Available in UK Size 8 to 12 directly from Amber and Jade’s website.

These unusual looking Mary Jane by Dansi are rather chic and is available in bright lipstick red colour only. These Mary Jane are not the type of shoes you see and like instantly but rather it grows on you. It looks like period shoes that has been brought up to date all thanks to the patent toe cap and button.

As far as glamour goes and I would say that these red suede shoes has got it. Given the colour, one would need to chose an outfit carefully that will enhance the beauty of these shoes like black or grey outfit. Perfect for day to evening wear.
