Yes very usual colour for a winter footwear especially on a boot, you normally see such bright coloured shoes in summer or party footwear.

However it would look really nice styled against a black coloured outfit such as a loose or fitted top with a slim fit trouser or leggings.

They are definitely very minimalistic eye catching though, and would brighten up an otherwise dull outfit.

These bespoke boots in large sizes are from Selve and prices starts from £550 in UK Sizes 1 to 11.
