I love boots both in suede and leather form, though my suede seems to take a lot bashing around this time of the year and as a result has been reserved to be worn just occasionally. For an everyday wear, I would go for a more reliable flat black boot.

Just like little back dress, black boot is among the wardrobe staple that every girl should have. One thing that I have always noticed with large sizes boots or shoes, is that is quite hard to come across budget friendly boots that is stylish.

Here are some flat boots available in large sizes.

Low heel patent long boot with squared toe from Katie Long Shoes. It features full length zip making them easy to take off. At £179, they are not the cheapest option, but they will put up with a lot of wear and tear given the grip sole. Also available in black leather version.

Big Shoe Boutique is an online store that sells catwalk inspired at affordable price. This trendy mid high slouch boot comes in four different colours black, grey, winter white and tan. The almond toe mid high boot features overlap and stitch detail. Falling middle of the road in terms of pricing at £50.

Studded footwear are back and they add a bit of rock chic flair to this traditional classic suede court shoes by Delman without looking too edgy or raw. Given the heel height, it would be a hit among those that love medium to low heeled shoes. I would say that they have manged to get the balance right - the tiny sized studs on the toe cap and medium size around the collar. Even with the studs, one still able to wear them to work as they look elegant, feminine and unusual. Pair with a short skirt, clingy wrap dress or jeans for a stand-out look.

In terms of price, Delman Ami Heel (Black) is on the high side at $329 and comes in US Sizes 10 to 13 from Barefoot Tess.

I am a huge fan ballet flats which are cute and adorable like mona by Delman. The only thing not to like perhaps might be the price tag:these are $195, which is on the expensive side for a pair of flats. But if you like your shoes in lipstick colour, pretty and more importantly comfortable and fits like a second skin, you may think it’s worth the cost. These are also available in silver, white, citrine, charcoal and navy patent- some of the colours doesn’t appeal to me at all. Available in US Size 9 to 13.
