Personally, I’m at odds with ‘Apprentice’ from Big Shoe Boutique. Though the knackered ankle boots would work wonders with your favourite jeans, and could also look great teamed with a casual knit dress.

Assuming you’re looking for a pair of on-trend knackered ankle boots (with the comfort factor) to see you through the winter’s weather and styles, these ankle boot have really got it all. Their ‘rugged glamour’ is achieved through the over worn effect that appears all over especially on the vamp and at the back. This is contrasted against double straps with buckles trims.

The ankle boots only available in UK Size 8 and 9 are new for 2009, and cost £70.00. Patent Round Toe Ankle Boot with Elastic Detail

Up to an extent, rounded toe shoes can look quite clumsy, but when shoes are designed properly it does make all the different between sexy and down right ugly.

These rounded patent ankle boots does look nice with the cut out detailing and the stretch features on both sides. Patent shoes are big this season and can be seen in anything from flats to boots.

I also guess that having the stretch features would be good news for ladies that I have problem with wider feet or slimmer than average feet and are unable to afford custom made fitted ankle boots. These ones are from Horsch based in Germany and is retailing for €169.50. Available in Euro Size 32 to 35.5 and 42.5 to 44.5.
