Dark Brown Long Leather Boots with Nubuck Cuff
All too often, flat boots can fall into the “fashionable, but not really particularly exciting” category, as there is very little one can do with a flat, leather boot, right? Wrong. These ones have a “nubuck” detail on the collar of the boots with the panel design. So whether you think they’re nice or ugly, at least they’re a little bit different. I actually quite like them: those nubuck cuff uppers are what made me notice them, anyway, and I think they’ve managed to make an old standard boot a little more interesting. Or perhaps I need a cup of strong coffee to actually wake me up properly.
Available in brown and black colours in UK Size 9 to 12, the shape makes these ideal for tucking your jeans into (this makes sense when it’s raining). They are also a useful pair to have on hand especially for those dressed down casual days.
If you like them, they’re £199.95 from Magnus Shoes.
Dolce Vita’s Knee High Boot ‘Brody’ from Barefoot Tess
These Dolce Vita knee high boots doesn’t get any casual than this, though I don’t really understand why it has been given the name ‘Brody’. That aside, from the front it looks like an ordinary plain looking boots which it is of course. But what adds a bit of interest to these suede keen high boots is the detailing at the back. Although it doesn’t state whether the buckles are adjustable or not, it’s still a nice feature to have an everyday type of boots.
In terms of outfit, I’m not really a big leggings fan, but you could wear these boots with leggings, knee length jumper dress. Brody is also available in black colour too. If you love these boots, why not show your big feet some love by purchasing Dolce Vita Brody Boot (Desert) today. Priced at $119, they are available in US Size 11 to 13.
Sofft’s Low Heel ‘Vittoria’ Casual Boot
If I had been asked me to guess where these low heel boots were from, I know I wouldn’t I have said ‘Sofft’. Overall, Sofft brand has a “sensible” image, which doesn’t always translate into beautiful, low heel casual slouch boots. Whist the rubber sole could probably have given the game away, I’m still rather surprised by these. Sofft are also famous for comfort, of course, which is great news for anyone looking for a pair of casual boot for the forthcoming fall season they’ll still be able to walk in by the end of the day. These are a lovely slouch boot which features lace-up detail and a leather fold-over cuff for a sophisticated style and are $183 from Designer Shoes. Available in both wide and medium fit in US Size 6 to 12 including half sizes.
Comfortable and Casual Mid Calf Pull-On Boots

Pull on boots are almost similar and brilliant as wellington boots, because you just slip your feet in and off you go. Although some of us ladies like to shop for high and low heel boots, but over time it’s the flat comfortable boots that would work best for you over a longer period of time assuming you happen to be on your feet all day. The whole idea there is just simply about balancing your style when you can. For example, these Colorado rose pull on boot comes with flat heel and wide leg, makes them the ideal footwear to wear with slim or skinny jeans tucked in. I love the rose and heart embroidery at the back of the boots. Similar style is also available in black colour as well. The price tag of £255 plus VAT may not be within the range for many, but one should also see it as an investment because you will get a good wear out of it for a very long time. Available in sizes 36 to 44 from Angeline Tournier.
