French Sole have loads of fantastic ballet flats and is arguably known as the best ballet flats around. The bright red colour against the black stitch makes a nice change from the standard white on black and vice versa. And red shoes are also a great way of adding some colour to a dull outfit. These are £95 from French Sole, comes in Euro Size 36 to 44 including half sizes.

I would say that these are whimsical and fun looking suede flats. However, I wouldn’t go as far as describing them as a ladylike shoe. The splatter of red and white art design seen all over the shoe would look somehow amateurish but that’s part of the look French Sole is trying to create. Both inner and outer sole are both made of leather. They’re $229 from Barefoot Tess - not cheap. Also comes in black, available in US Size 10.5 to 13.

Without arguing, French Sole are renowned for the exquisite design when it comes to ballet flats and these blue/black flats speaks for itself. French Sole ‘Rebel’ ooze European Chic that is well suited for that relaxed walk in the park.

They’re made of soft leather upper with patent leather on the toe cap. What makes these flats very unique would be the metallic strap at the back and across the toe vamp with buckle detailing. You can team them up with 1940’s or 1950’s dress with a belt. Or a more modern look you can wear them with skinny jeans or cropped trousers.
