Classic Mary Jane in Patent Trim Leather - Large Women’s Shoes

Even if you have always looked at Mary Jane Shoes as quite a little girl’s shoes, this particular style of Mary Jane, with colour blocking and a narrow strap high on the foot, may suddenly persuade you to change your mind. It’s one of my very favourite and somehow more elegant than the versions where the strap are quite big. And the block heels ensure that you don’t have problems with your walking.

These shoes come from J Crew, which is not a surprise given the price tag of $215: I love J Crew clothes in their tall department which I have bought from in the past. Their shoes are usually nice, and some of them do have the wow factor but nothing particularly available in my ideal size which would be a US Size 14.

Dusty blossom Mary Jane with grey patent trims is available in US Sizes 5 to 12 from J Crew.

You may not like the odd looking bow detail on the toe vamp which is offset by black ivory dots printed silk. To me, that’s the main beauty of these peep toes. It would look so stunning when worn with a grey, black or white outfit including pink. Made of printed Italian silk with asymmetrical bow, it also has a hidden platform with heel height at over 3 inches.

Apart from the black ivory dots, I also like the pewter colour, I’m not so keen on the rustic orange and amber. All of them are available in US Sizes 5 to 12. Retail price is $250 from J Crew.

Judging from J Crew’s current shoes collection, I would rightly say that it’s a ballet flat lover’s dream. With the various offerings of styles, pattern and material- there’s no way you wouldn’t find something that you like. I really fond of these pink dots flatsas it would go nicely with my indigo jeans and as for dress, I would wear it with a knee length in grey, black or white. These are $118 and you can also get them in yellow silver and black ivory.
