Ruffled T Strap Sandal in Black by Gwyneth - Ruffle Embellishment Gone Too Far?

Errrrrrr! are the ruffles large enough, do you think? I’ve always adored feminine detailing such as ruffles on shoes as they have been popular this season among shoe designers, but these are taking it a bit too far even for me. I think if the ruffles were smaller, these could be beautiful. The over-sized embellishment would catch my eye with every step I took - then again, I guess that’s probably the point! These are at $98 from Gwyneth and have two horizontal straps with animal print insole, although they’re hidden when you have the sandals on.

Would you wear them, or do you think they’re a little OTT?

Another beautiful flat sandals from their spring and summer range suitable as an everyday wear are these metallic t strap flat sandals. Rosie comes in silver, blush, blue and bronze colour. Aren’t they so adorable? I love the rosette embellishment which also follows the t bar shape. The metallic leather helps in helping the sandals not to look so dull. All of their custom made shoes are under £100 like these almond toe court shoe ‘Cleo’ with glitter covered heel. The glitter is available in any colour. A lovely court shoe perfect for all year round. So why should these be hidden underneath a gigantic wedding dress and hardly seen by anyone.

Cleo is on sale for £89.00 with a choice to choose between 2 to 4 inch heel height.
