I usually feature a lot of high heels and other impractical styles of footwear here at My Lovely Big Feet, therefore for a change, I thought it would be nice look into something a little more sensible.
Mere hearing Hush Puppies, you immediately think of comfort and sensible footwear, but I actually think these black and brown court shoes are quite OK as a work shoe for course. The rounded toe box makes them ideal for those with wide feet. Overall, these make a nice court shoe for those days when you really can’t stomach the thought of stilettos, but want something sensible. They’re £55 at Tall Girls.
Metallic Rounded Pump from Jesscia Bennett
Metallic shoes usually tends to be in your face, one might even think that you have tin foil stuck around your feet. These cute pump ‘Jupiter’ from Jessica Bennett has a lovely sophisticated and subtle sheen which makes them very stylish. The pleated seen on the toe vamp makes it a different and the stuck on bow is a breath of fresh air from the strap bow.
It’s been reduced from $125 to $84.99 and also comes in black, bronze and pewter.

If you are regular reader of this blog, you will notice that I hardly feature any of the UK High Street stores as I feel that they don’t do enough in providing fashionable shoes for ladies with large feet. However on looking at Barratts’s website this morning, I seem to notice some fabulous shoes like the t-bar court shoes ‘lambada tall’ featured on this post. These court shoes are ideal for work. The medium cone heel offers something different, I also like the buckle fastening and the rounded toe. Round Toe Patent Leather Pump
These patent leather pumpwould be an all rounder shoes for me. I could wear to work and wear them when again going out in the evening. I am attracted to these court shoe because of the rounded toe box that will accommodate wide feet. Paying € 130 for such shoe wouldn’t be a bad investment assuming you will wear them a lot. If the idea of wearing patent leather pump tickles your fancy, you can get them from Caland based in the Netherlands. Available in Euro Size 42 to 46.
