I will put my hand up in admitting that I love some of the boyfriend trends that I have come across so far, though I wouldn’t say the same thing when it comes to shoes. These Dolce Vita knee high boots doesn’t get any casual than this, though I don’t really understand why it has been given the name ‘Brody’. That aside, from the front it looks like an ordinary plain looking boots which it is of course. But what adds a bit of interest to these suede keen high boots is the detailing at the back. Although it doesn’t state whether the buckles are adjustable or not, it’s still a nice feature to have an everyday type of boots.

In terms of outfit, I’m not really a big leggings fan, but you could wear these boots with leggings, knee length jumper dress. Brody is also available in black colour too. Venus panel boots by Selve comes in three different colours - military, dark brown and bordeaux. And I can see the military colour colour working so well with grey , black and even brown outfit. The top looks wide enough to wear over jeans but also slim enough to wear over tights or leggings. The heel is not pointy but flattering and low enough to walk in. It’s a casual / dressy boot which means that you can dress them up or down as required. In other words, they are pretty versatile but not pretty affordable at £550.

I love the studded and buckle detailing on these hard to wear boots, my only problem has to do with the colour. I probably wouldn’t buy boots in white colour.
